Job descriptionDesign clean, user-centred interfaces for mobile and web applications. Learn how to translate real business goals into user journeys and wireframes. Support ongoing product design projects within the M365Connect ecosystem. Participate in usability reviews and design iterations with senior designers. Graphic Design & Branding Create social media visuals, flyers, and brand identity assets for campaigns. Contribute to the creation of illustrations, mascots, and visual elements that express our brand tone. Understand how to build cohesive visual systems across web, digital, and print. Assist in maintaining and expanding our brand design library. Up to 2 years of experience in UI / UX design and / or graphic design. Strong design fundamentals layout, typography, colour, and composition. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop or After Effects is a plus). A solid portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, process, and range. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a team environment. Passion for merging design, technology, and human experience. Professional Certification from M365Connect upon successful completion. Practical experience designing for real-world projects across digital products and campaigns. Mentorship and feedback from experienced designers and creative directors. A polished portfolio that showcases both UI / UX and branding projects. Potential to transition into a long-term role based on performance.

About the Internship
- We are offering a 6-month intensive internship for emerging designers who want to refine their skills in UI / UX and graphic design while working on real projects.
- This internship is structured as a hands-on training experience youll work directly with our design team, contribute to live campaigns, and receive certification from M365Connect upon completion.
- This is not a beginner role its an opportunity for designers with up to two years of experience who want to evolve their craft in a professional, fast-paced environment.
