Job Location : - Uganda

Education Qualification :  Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience :  Minimum 5 + years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.

Job Description :  -

Responsible for entire garment production lifecycle—from planning and scheduling weekly and monthly production to coordinating cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing—to ensure highquality output is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with export and industrial standards.

He should experience of manpower, materials, machinery—managing ERPbased production planning tools, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and minimize waste.

Knowledge of garment lines like knitted and poloneck Tshirts and Jockeystyle undergarments, ensuring both construction and fabrication drawings are accurately translated into shop and partdetailed drawings .
