There is no equivalent project of such an industrial drilling magnitude in a remote and sensitive area within the Company today. The Tilenga oilfields are partly situated in a protected National Park, partly beneath the river Nile wetlands area, and within densely populated area in a rural and remote part of Uganda. Activities exposed to the risk of major incidents with severe potential consequences due to local environment and important presence of NGO’s. Factory Drilling with a well delivered every 4 days using 3 drilling rigs simultaneously will necessitate standardization of equipment and procedures, strict enforcement of Drilling & Well instructions, safe and efficient logistic management on site. The project is focused on delivering the lowest possible cost, which requires challenging TotalEnergies design concepts as well as substantially challenging the TotalEnergies referential. Multicultural environment : Contractors are anticipated to be located in various parts of the world. Ugandan rules and regulations, administrative requirements and technical authorizations as well as international codes for onshore plant will apply. The Precommissioning Leader must navigate these challenges while ensuring efficient and safe execution of all Precommissioning activities across multiple disciplines and locations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

Planning and Coordination :

• Develop and update short-term plans and look-ahead plans for WTU works in line with the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate daily and weekly work fronts with site supervisors, disciplinary leads, and subcontractors to optimize resource allocation and the sequencing of activities.
