On behalf of our client in the Telecom industry, we are looking for competent, skilled and experienced Sales Representative to work in Uganda.

Description Information Job DescriptionOur client is recruiting commission-based sales agents to promote and sell Airtel Uganda’s Enterprise products and services. The role is fully commission-driven and ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about telecom sales. Products include :

Xstream Internet (Shared & Dedicated), Leased Lines, Toll-Free Numbers, Bulk SMS and Bulk Airtime, Sponsored Data, Private APN, Internet Smart Plans, Closed User Groups (CUG), NaaS, SIP Trunking, and Postpaid Voice solutions.

• Generating and following up on leads to close qualified sales.
• Meeting a monthly minimum of five qualified sales.
• Recording leads and deals in the sales portal with proper documentation.
• Ensuring clients make payments within the monthly Sales Window (1st to 26th).
• Providing after-sales support and adhering to Airtel’s branding and compliance guidelines.
• Completing product and CRM training before commencing sales activities.
