We offer the Cambridge International Curriculum to children aged 2.5 to 19 years, from Kindergarten through Year 13. Role Overview : Classroom Teacher
As a Classroom Teacher at GISU, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our students academically, socially, and emotionally. You will create a positive and safe learning environment, guide students daily, and help build a respectful and disciplined classroom culture.
Key Responsibilities
Classroom Management : Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.Student Support : Monitor student progress, behavior, and wellbeing; provide guidance and support as needed.Communication : Work closely with parents, colleagues, and school leaders to share information and support student success.Student Leadership : Organize student elections and encourage leadership opportunities.Events & Activities : Plan and supervise class events like trips, competitions, and celebrations.Attendance : Track student attendance and follow up on absences or lateness.Reporting : Prepare and share student progress reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings.School Standards : Uphold school policies on punctuality, uniform, and behavior.
