In this role there is NO base salary: your income depends 100% on your sales results. Commissions are paid monthly in arrears

Your discipline is your first investment. Strong daily commitment is needed across the journey:
1 Self-paced learning: 1 week
2 Live virtual training: 1 week
3 Guided practice: 2 weeks
Weeks 1–2 are not paid.
PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY FROM WEEK 3: completed client transactions in guided practice are compensated
Advanced English required. Pay is result-based only; results vary and are not guaranteed. You manage your own taxes, insurance and business operations.
