WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Success in Your Day to Day Looks Like :

Launching, scaling, and optimising campaigns across both Meta and Google with clear ROI focus.

Iterating on copy, creative direction, and targeting based on test data and platform signals.

Managing and reporting performance across ad accounts, identifying trends and opportunities.

Proactively troubleshooting account issues across Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.

Collaborating cross functionally with creative, strategy, and data teams to inform and refine media strategy.

You're a strategic thinker who translates data into performance, leveraging audience insights, KPIs, and creative to engineer high performing, cross platform campaigns. You dive into backend dashboards, analyze metrics, and tweak copy, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI. The algorithm might change, but you’re already there, testing new formats, jumping on new features, and sharing what’s working with the team before anyone else.

CREATE : You bring strong creative instincts into the analytical realm of paid media. Whether it’s crafting scroll stopping Meta ad copy or structuring a clean Google Ads campaign build, you build with intention, backed by data. You’re not just launching ads, you’re launching revenue driving machines, grounded in strategy and executed with precision. You take timelines seriously, stick to budgets, and thrive in the fast moving pace of multi account execution.

OWN : You own your KPIs like a founder. Revenue targets? Check. Spend pacing? On it. ROAS optimization? Your specialty. You report with clarity and communicate with confidence whether it's syncing with your internal team or leading the conversation with stakeholders. You forecast performance like a pro, keep detailed projections, and adapt when the data tells you it’s time. You take responsibility not just for the outcome, but for leveling up the process. People look to you to lead not just accounts, but ideas and others on the team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Proven experience managing and scaling multiple ad accounts across both Meta Ads and Google Ads. (If you haven’t done both, this isn’t the role for you.)

In depth knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads including campaign structuring, retargeting, audience building, and performance optimization.

Deep understanding of metrics and media math (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, MER, aMER).

Strong copywriting instincts for direct response advertising.

Comfort using data platforms (GA4, Meta Events Manager, Looker Studio) to analyze and visualize performance.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for forecasting, pivot tables, and data analysis.

You are a problem solver and know how to take lead in situations that present any obstacle when it comes to execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Background or interest in finance, investing, trading, or fintech.

Hands on experience with project management tools like Asana and Basecamp.

Experience managing creative direction or working with a creative team on performance driven asset production.

Team player mindset with a passion for mentorship and process improvement.
