Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is seeking a qualified and experienced Crane Operator to join our client’s team in the Oil and Gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all crane lifting operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently in accordance with site procedures and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure the crane is in safe working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to maintain crane functionality and reliability.
• Participate in pre-job safety meetings and fully understand and follow lifting operation plans.
• Wear and maintain appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout each shift.
• Clean and maintain the crane’s hoisting mechanism and associated components.
• Operate crane controls, including levers and pedals, with precision and care.
• Collaborate with the rig crew and assist with additional tasks as assigned by rig management.
