Job descriptionIdentify, develop, and test materials for specific applications, ensuring performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to determine material properties, behaviour, and performance. Investigate material failures, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Develop and maintain material specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Work with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure material requirements are met Stay updated on new materials, technologies, and trends, applying this knowledge to improve existing products or develop new ones. Identify opportunities to reduce material costs, optimize material usage, and improve process efficiency. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to material development, testing, and analysis. Continuously evaluate workshop processes, introducing improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability. Executing any other tasks assigned by the HOD. Follow Safety at all times, Safety violations will lead to written warning I penalty / termination under the company Health & Safety Policy.

Qualification :
- Bachelor Of Engineering or Bachelor in Technical Civil Engineering
- Experience : 12 to 15 years in the same or similar field
- Department : PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Site I Project Location : Any Assigned Project
- Reporting to : (HOD) PROJECT'S COORDINATOR
