MISSION

The MQ Analyst’s mission is to provide quality market research and analysis. He / She will gather and interpret data on homes for market penetration, help to shape marketing strategies, identify trends and changes in homes in the market

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collecting and analyze data on home status as GVA specified, electricity connection, and integrate these
buildings into the GVA data base
Support to Marketing teams for one-off and / or recurring survey needs regarding buildings integration
Work closely with design team and in matters concerning MQ data i.e. buildings and poles in the GVA
database
Stay updated with the latest market research tools and techniques to continuously improve the quality and
accuracy of market analysis.
Contributes to the analysis of geo marketing studies, topographic surveys and georeferencing of
infrastructures relevant to deployment.
Analysis and reporting – Analyze trends in MQ data and make weekly reports. – Raise the errors and or concerns including improvement for the MQ database.

Responsibilities – Meet the company’s QHSE standards.
Comply with the company’s anti-corruption rules.
Ensure that his / her tasks own are carried out on time.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Education and Experience :

Higher university education (school of management, data analysis, geomatics),

Mastery of negotiation and people management

Fluency in English

Mastery of information tools

Technical and behavioral skills :

Customer oriented, result

Taste for action and terrain

Ability to manage and develop a team.

Communication skills (oral and written) and very good interpersonal skills.

Listening, sense of contact and customer satisfaction

Autonomy, initiative, sense of organization and priorities
