Position :  GM Operations- For Sodium Silicate Plant Industry

Reporting to :   Chairman & Board of Directors

Job Summary :

Must have experience of 15 to 20 years with age of 40 - 50 Years with prior experience in similar role as General Manager. Experience in planning and budgeting, Strong analytical ability, Outstanding organizational and leadership skills African country experience will be added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day Operations of plant.
• Design strategy and set goals for growth of business.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
• Set policies and processes to attain productivity.
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
• Prepare regular reports for Board of Directors & Chairman
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Technical Aspect required mandatorily, Person should working knowledge on

Double pass regenerative furnace capacity over 50 Ton

Gasifier working on coal, wood, Furnace oil, Brunet

Soda Ash + Sand & Soda Ash + Quartz

Dissolving plant knowledge

Production capacity 30,000 Ton Solid Annual / 80 Ton solid p.m.

Package Structure :

Local Allowance including Accommodation, utilities, Food (Company will facilitate in finding suitable accommodations)

Transport provided ; Medical and Insurance provided

Leave : Once in a year -21 days without ticket, Once in Two year-45 days with ticket to nearest International Airport.

Family status can be considered after 6 months.
