Production Officer – PET Section

Position: Production Officer – PET Section

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Plastics Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PET Injection Molding and PET Blow Molding operations.

Location: Namanve, Uganda

Job Description:

• Experience in machine setup, process troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments.
• Exposure to mold maintenance, hot runner systems, and automation interfaces.
• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output targets.
• Prepare production schedules and optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Oversee PET Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Utilities operations.
• Monitor machine performance, cycle times, production efficiency, downtime, and wastage.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, ISO, HACCP, and operational procedures.
