Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Call Center Advisor to join our client in the telecom sector. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely and effective support across various telecom products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
- Provide accurate information on company products, services, promotions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately and thoroughly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent delivery service.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any Field from a recognized university is required.Fluency in at least one of the following language combinations :English, Luganda, Swahili, AtesoEnglish, Luganda, Swahili, LuoEnglish, Luganda, Swahili, RunyankoleEnglish, Luganda, Runyankole, RutoroInclude and emphasize the language combinations you are fluent in on your CV.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated active listening abilities and a genuine passion for helping others.Proven ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time efficiently.Computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.How to Apply :
