Area Leader – Water Treatment Unit (WTU)

Location : Buliisa, Uganda (Site-based)

Start Date : Q1 2026

Duration : 12 months

Work Schedule : Rotational

We are seeking an experienced Area Leader – Water Treatment Unit (WTU) to support a major upstream oil and gas development in Uganda. This role plays a critical part in coordinating and supervising all activities related to the Water Treatment Unit, ensuring seamless integration between engineering, procurement, construction, and pre-commissioning teams.

Key Responsibilities Planning & Coordination

• Develop and maintain short-term and look-ahead plans for all WTU activities.
• Coordinate daily and weekly work fronts with supervisors, discipline leads, and subcontractors.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and sequencing aligned with the overall project schedule.
