Job description Title : External Sales Representative The External Sales Representative will be responsible for bringing in customers in the Lapaire branch through field actions.
This is an entry-level position with a very modest compensation package and an emphasis on field work.
It is best suited for candidates at the start of their careers who are eager to learn and grow with the organization.
This person reports to the Marketing Executive.
His/her job will be composed of 2 main responsibilities: Key Responsibilities The External Sales Representative will be responsible for: Promoting Lapaire’s products and services within assigned catchment areas and driving customer traffic to the branch through proactive field engagement.
Build awareness of Lapaire shops, products, and services by distributing flyers and engaging directly with community members.
Educate potential customers about Lapaire’s free eye tests and affordable, stylish glasses.
Represent the Lapaire brand with professionalism, integrity and enthusiasm at all times.
Work towards and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets set by the Supervisor.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor in support of sales and branch objectives.
Candidate profile Minimum qualification of high school diploma. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Knowledge of the local area, language and culture.
