Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage sales teams and distributors to meet volume and revenue targets
- Drive growth in on-trade, off-trade, and modern trade channels
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and trade execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with alcohol sales laws and regulations
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Report on sales performance and adjust plans accordingly
Job Experience and Skills Required :
