Driver Full Time

Exquisite Solution Limited, a leading HR recruitment and management firm, is seeking an experienced Driver to join our client in the Telecom Industry. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and timely transport of staff and visitors while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition and supporting efficient company operations

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, visitors, and clients to and from designated locations in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure it is in good working condition and report any faults promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper documentation of the assigned vehicle at all times.
• Ensure passengers’ comfort, safety, and confidentiality during all trips.
• Monitor insurance, service, and license expiry dates to ensure timely renewals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a reputable organization and a valid driving permit (B, C, C1) with a clean record.
• Diploma in a business-related field is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of traffic regulations, defensive driving techniques, and good English communication skills.
• Familiarity with major transport routes around Kampala.
• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to safety
