Main Purpose
Ensure the development of supporting tools and strategies for Medical Supply Chain stakeholders in close collaboration with the Front Office and the Health Services. This mainly includes maintaining, updating and identifying the OCG Supply Chain guidelines and SOP’s, but as well taking part of intersection initiatives and training strategies.
Your main responsibilities
Process and procedures :
- Analysis, simplification and sharing of the current internal macro, and micro-processes and standard operating procedures to be adapted to field operations, to possible mutualisation and to be developed in close collaboration with the Health Service.
- Establish, improve, and maintain the standard report formats for project, mission, field visit, and HQ purposes.
- Maintain and update the OCG supply guidelines and standardise the mission supply ones.
- Updating, maintenance and rationalisation of existing tools and related user manuals
- Support the Supply Chain Stakeholders within the implementation of the MSF Switzerland supply standards
- Back up of the Supply Referent back office for the intersection platforms and can be the focal point to some of them
- Work closely with the MSF Switzerland Health Service on Medical supply chain projects (e.g., Med Order, reporting tools).
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of Supply Chain documentation (Knowledge Management)
- Be the focal point for Medical Item Supply Management in the Supply Chain Unit
Human ressources :
Collaborate on every Supply training (PPD, SCMT, Supply Pharma Week….) and other department training that could include a Medical Supply chain part (intersection for example)Creation and animation of Supply modules of various MSF trainingsBriefing / debriefing (hq and field)Participate to the recruitment process for detachments and international position( correction of technical test and technicals interview)Other :

Essential
Fluent in French & EnglishMore than 2 years MSF field experience in Medical stock management and supply management or supervisory positionPharmacy / Medical degree or specialization in Medical Supply Chain.Advanced knowledge of MSF Supply ChainAdvanced knowledge of Medical Item management (Good Storage and Distribution Practicices)Advanced Excel skillsSensitivity to softwares ( Microsft powerBI…)Attention to detail, strong analysis and synthesisStrong organisational skillsCross-functional orientedVery good communication skillsCapacity to work independently, initiativeCapacity of innovationTeam spiritConsidered as assets
