Deputy Manager Finance R2R

The Role:

The Deputy Manager Finance R2R will play a crucial role in overseeing the Record to Report (R2R) process within the finance department. This position involves managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leading a team of finance professionals.

• Oversee the R2R process and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Manage month-end close activities and financial reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.

Team Structure: You will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with other finance team members.
