Job description

Position: Production Officer – PET Section

Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Plastics Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PET Injection Molding and PET Blow Molding operations.

Location: Namanve, Uganda

Job Description:

Experience in machine setup, process troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments.
Exposure to mold maintenance, hot runner systems, and automation interfaces.
Plan and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output targets.
Prepare production schedules and optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Oversee PET Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and Utilities operations.
Monitor machine performance, cycle times, production efficiency, downtime, and wastage.
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, ISO, HACCP, and operational procedures.
