PART 1 : GENERAL PART

1 : 1 Scope of Application

1.1.1 : The Supply Chain Department invites applications for Disposal of Assets in;

Appendix A .

1.1.2 throughout this document :

a) The “Applicant” means the bidder submitting an application; and

b) “Application” means Disposal bid document.

PART II : TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BIDDERS

The Van can be viewed from Living goods offices in Bugolobi located at Plot 21 Hanlon Road between 9 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm (Monday to Friday) from 3rd October 2024 to 15th October 2024.

Completed bid documents in sealed envelopes properly addressed “Disposal Bidding to Living Goods ” shall be deposited in the bid box that is suitably placed at the main gate of Living Goods.

The bid documents should be deposited into the bid box before by October 15th, 2024, at 5 : 00 pm local time . Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

Successful bidders must make payment within one week’s time upon notification on the bank account mentioned above and they must indicate “ Disposal” as narration when making payments.

Living Goods reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without incurring any liability or being bound to give reasons for its decision.

PART III : PREPARATION OF APPLICATIONS

3.1 Language of ApplicationThe Application prepared by the Applicant, as well as all correspondence and documents relating to the Application exchanged by the Applicant and the Living Goods, Shall be written in English.

3.2 Format and Signing of Applications

4.1 Sealing and Labelling of Applications :

4.1.1 The Application shall be composed of an envelope marked " Disposal bidding to Living Goods" and shall contain the original bid document with the list of item (s) and the price you offer
