Embroidery In-charge -Wilcom or other Digitizing software

Responsibilities

1 To make daily production planning and ensure it works as per schedule.

2 To Digitize / design all the required work by using Wilcom or other Digitizing software.

3 To do raw material planning.

4 To do worker shift planning.

5 To coordinate with Printing, stitching for delivery schedule.

6 To ensure the quality of the product.

7 To train local staff and guide them as and when required

8 To handle marketing / client complaints and short out the issue as and when required.

9 To make and review efficiency charts / targets for each staff member.

10 To ensure that all the staff follow company procedure and systems before going for mass production. (I.e. having the approval of Clients etc.)

11 To ensure that commitments given are followed in case of alteration to be informed well in advance to the HOD or GM

12 To ensure the machines are properly maintained.
