📍 Location : Remote (Outside U.S.)

🕒 Schedule : Full-Time | Flexible Hours

💸 Compensation : $1,500–$2,000 / month base + up to $20,000 USD per year in Performance bonuses based on growth milestones

✈️ Travel : Paid travel 3-4x per year (U.S. or abroad)

🚀 THE ROLE : BRAND GROWTH LEAD

You're the heartbeat of our brand’s online presence — creating, posting, engaging, growing, and managing our digital voice across every major platform.

We’re not looking for a manager. We’re looking for a doer. Someone who wants to build something that millions of people see. You’ll be producing original content, engaging with our growing communities, booking podcast guests, pitching Calvin to speak, and launching creator collabs that blow up the brand.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO

📈 Grow Our Audience

• Publish 20+ original posts per week (4 per weekday) across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva, etc., to move fast and keep quality high
• Repurpose content from across the team and make it work for our platforms
